The award-winning documentary Twinsters tells the true story of twins separated at birth who find each other through the power of the internet and had it’s world debut earlier this year at SXSW. It won a jury award for best editing as well as a Grand Jury Nominee. The film also one the Best Documentary at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival in April. The film opened in New York on July 17th and hits Houston this Friday at the Regal Greenway Grand Palace Theatre.
Twinsters tells the extraordinary story of Samantha Futerman and Anaïs Bordier, identical twin sisters born in Korea, separated at birth, raised on two different continents, and miraculously reunited decades later through the power of the internet.
