Mina Chang shared how her organization exists to prevent and counter violent extremism (PVE/CVE) . Violent extremist groups are becoming increasingly more sophisticated. Linking the World provides local leaders better data, better insights, better science, and better partnerships, so that they can swiftly identify and address the underlying causes of instability. Reactive, triage-based assistance has its place, but approaching potential humanitarian crises proactively not only helps lessen or halt the issues before they begin, but builds stronger communities that are much more resistant to negative outside influences.
